History of
Azzani Search Consultants was founded in 2009 by Eunice and Tarek Azzani with a commitment and focus on building and developing deep relationships with clients and candidates. The mother and son team are trusted advisors to their clients and candidates with a creative “out of the box” ability to uncover leadership for organizations seeking to enhance and improve the quality of life for both individuals and the communities in which they live.
Starting in 1985, placing women and people of color has been a cornerstone of Eunice’s work both at Korn Ferry International for 23 years and now for Azzani Search over the last 14 years. We are confident that we have a strong network and understanding of how to recruit and engage diverse talent for key executive positions. Our success rate of filling search assignments is 98%, which we believe is a testament to our search process and partnership with our clients.
We are a San Francisco, California-based organization with extensive experience conducting searches in the Bay Area and from New York to Honolulu and globally for organizations in the social sector. Our clients range from $500 million-dollar operating foundations to start-up non-profits along with for-profit organizations that are purpose driven.
